Workshops to create impact for teams by enabling individuals to manage their energy & communicate more effectively.
To manage the energy in a business, every member of staff
needs to know how they manage their own energy. This is where DISC is a
powerful tool. Staff are invited to the following workshop using this methodology. This includes:
(1) An Introduction to DISC
(2) Self-assessment
(3) Understanding of communication styles
(4) Plotting their profile in the business.
Shareholders and/ or their executive team are then provided with a playback workshops which includes:

Sharing what key learnings from the previous workshop
(2) Exploring new ways of working
(3) Strategic planning for recruitment, training, and communication protocols
(4) Impact on culture
Individuals have the option of taking a formal DISC assessment.
The result, staff are able to focus on ways of working and communicating that optimise their contribution to work and support their wellbeing.
