powerful tool. Staff are invited to the following workshop using this methodology. This includes:
(1) An Introduction to DISC
(2) Self-assessment
(3) Understanding of communication styles
(4) Plotting their profile in the business.
Shareholders and/ or their executive team are then provided with a playback workshops which includes:

Sharing what key learnings from the previous workshop
(2) Exploring new ways of working
(3) Strategic planning for recruitment, training, and communication protocols
(4) Impact on culture
Individuals have the option of taking a formal DISC assessment.
