About Us

WHO FOUNDED UPLIFTIN6 AND WHY?

Upliftin6 is founded by Christopher Robertson, an experienced entrepreneur, consultant, and business strategist. After founding and scaling his own training company, he moved on to work with micro enterprises and SMEs in a consulting capacity and as a fractional Head of Strategy to help them achieve their goals.

With proven frameworks and facilitation at its core, Upliftin6 is designed to empower teams to create a commercial & cultural impact.

It Starts with People

We need to know about you, your business, your customers, and your market. We do this through facilitated conversations with typically six people, first within the business, then with external stakeholders. Where necessary 1-to-1 conversations are held.

We Capture the Energy

After capturing the energy from facilitation, we then distil this into assets. Assets can range from vision & strategy documents to new offers and pricing structures, and even new ways of working to create greater accountability, communication & efficiencies.

Creating Impact and Growth

The energy in the form of these new assets is driven into the business to create impact. This creates growth which can look like an increased profit margin, improved staff capability, speed of sale, increased conversions, and even enhanced staff recruitment and retention.

PEOPLE + ENERGY = IMPACT

HOW WE DELIVER?

  • Services are delivered through facilitated workshops.
  • This means we don’t tell you what to do like typical consulting.
  • Instead, we extract the value from your people (boards, teams, customers) and drive this energy back into your business.
  • You will receive documentation your teams can use as a playbook to continually deliver for your business, meaning the impact is sustainable.
  • If additional support is required, we can be on-hand to support training and the embedding of new working practices.

IT'S TIME TO CREATE AN IMPACT
